Common questions
During setup, enter an Australian postcode or suburb. Change it later from More → Garden profile. Home Harvest uses it to choose a climate zone; it does not request precise GPS location.
Open More → Home Harvest Complete. Choose the monthly or yearly plan shown by Apple, or tap Restore if you previously subscribed with the same Apple Account. Apple determines price and introductory-offer eligibility.
Open More → iCloud backup. It is optional, requires Home Harvest Complete, and stores a copy in the private CloudKit database of your signed-in Apple Account. Home Harvest has no separate cloud account or server.
Open More → Data & privacy. Export creates a JSON file through Apple's share sheet. Delete removes on-device Home Harvest data and attempts to remove the private iCloud copy if one exists.
No. Due dates and tasks are shown inside the app. Home Harvest does not request notification permission.
Planting windows are broad climate-zone guides. Cultivar, soil, altitude, frost, rainfall, humidity, local weather, protected growing and garden microclimate all change the outcome.
The crop library lists common problems, but Home Harvest is not a diagnostic tool. Follow product labels and contact your state or territory biosecurity service for confirmed advice.
Yes. The crop library, climate calendars, locality lookup and images ship inside the app.
